[STRIKE]Appeal[/STRIKE]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing in response to your letter dated 2 January 2017, about my bank account No. 12345. I have not been working or living in Norway since 2014, and so I wish to close my bank account. On (date)………I paid a sum of …………..

[STRIKE] Provided[/STRIKE] Assuming that my previous letter, dated 20 December 2016, [STRIKE]relating to closing my bank[/STRIKE] requesting the closure of this account has not been delivered to you, I repeat my request to close [STRIKE]it[/STRIKE] this account and stop [STRIKE]accruing[/STRIKE] charging fees on it.

I await your prompt response.

[STRIKE]interests( I mean a sum of money banks charge from savings)[/STRIKE]

I don't understand the part highlighted in blue.

Note that your title should have been "Three-line letter to a bank". However, given that titles should include some or all of the words you are querying, a better title would have been something like "I'm writing in response to your letter".

On (date)………I paid a sum of …………..

I'd like to write that I paid the charged fee, and, when i did that.

The part you wrote in blue gives the information you want. Remember to capitalise "I" every time you write/type it.
