Hi,

1. Though not having enough amount, we decided to buy a land with loan.
2. Despite not having enough amount, we decided to buy a land with loan.

Are both of them correct?

Perhaps:

We borrowed money to buy a plot of land.

(If you had had the money (cash) you wouldn't have needed a loan to buy the land.)
