I design my own carers' 4 week timesheets but struggling with the grammer side of things. I'll try to explain things in the best way possible

On the first side of the paper I have two weekly tables for their times coming, going and a weekly total. Underneath this I have somewhere to put the two weeks total. Is it "This 2 Weeks Total", or "This 2 Week's Total". Also, would it be "This" or "These"?

On the reverse side I have two more weekly tables. On this side I put the last weeks and this weeks totals so I can add them up easier. I have "Last 2 weeks total" and "This 2 Weeks Total". Again is it "Weeks" or "Week's", it might even be "Weeks'"

Hope you can help me work out the right grammar, I am struggling. Thanks

If, as your profile says, you live in England, you're in luck! BrE has a single word which means "two weeks": fortnight.
