1) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have seen ever being done by someone.

2) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have ever seen someone do.

3) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have ever seen someone doing.

Are these correct? Do they mean the same?

Use #2- it's fine. How about using anyone, though?

1) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have [STRIKE]seen ever[/STRIKE] ever seen being done by someone. Lacking any additional contest, I would infer that the seeing is occurring at the moment of the "irresponsible thing" happening especially with "being done".

2) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have ever seen someone do. OK. Could be happening at the moment of speaking, especially with "This".

3) This is the most irresponsible thing that I have ever seen someone doing. Happening at the moment of speaking with "doing".

Are these correct? Do they mean the same?
