Are you kidding? This flapper afford knocks.

If someone ask you to keep the secret, then you say this words metaphorically to assure this guy. Could you tell me what the meaning of this word "knock", namely, expatiate this metaphor?

Eh... I'm not sure because my listening skill is not good enough so that I have to hang on the subtitle. That is the original contexts that I quoted directly from the show.
