Is it correct to say the following?

1) This address is not added to our software.

2) This information is not added to our software.

I am talking about the software that we use at office to work.

Using the present tense suggests that you are talking about a habitual action, which seems odd if you're talking about only one address or piece of information. Is it possible you mean "This address/information has not been added to our software"?

If I say "It is not added" then it means I am talking about a habitual thing. Am I correct? I should always say "It hasn't been added". Am I correct? I didn't know this.

Okay, I do this but It is done by me. Okay it is passive for present simple. I got it.

I didn't say you should always say "It hasn't been added". A different tense might be appropriate, depending on context. However, as I already said, in this context, using the present simple suggests you are talking about a habitual action.

I have no idea what you mean by this part of your post. (Also, why is "it" capitalised in the sixth word?)
