I've found these words : " think or swimm " . Could be this an idiom. What does it mean? Than you!

Should that be 'sink or swim'?

Correct - though "Think or swim" is also good advice!

...
I think this expression became popular (though never current) as a result of some graffiti on an internal IBM poster. They (HR, presumably) wanted employees to act with initiative and contribute to the firm's Intellectual Property. The poster campaign introducing the program featured the single word 'Think!' A wag scrawled underneath it 'or thwim'. (I don't know where I heard about this, and it may be apocryphal. But si non e vero e ben trovato = , very roughly, 'It's a good story, whether or not it's true').

Love it!

I remember those "Think" days. My dad worked for IBM for 35 years.
