Nicole ignored his hurried tone. "Sweetie, could you please come here and zip up my dress?", she said in a calm voice, adjusting her earrings.

Anger began to rise up in John's body. He blinked quickly and clenched and his fist. "You know how much my boss cares about punctuality." His face was crimson, flushed with anger.

Nicole stood up. "Oh. So our life is about making your boss happy."

John was twitching with anger now. He grabbed the remote control and threw it into the television, leaving a spiderweb in the center of the panel.
