Three questions:

1) Which one is correct? "Their mind" or "Their minds"?
2) Can I drop the (as to) in the sentence above?
3) Could I say "They haven't made up their mind/minds about where to go?

1) Use minds.
2) and 3) ask the same question. You can drop as to.

2) and 3) ask the same question. You can drop as to.

Question 3 asks about the use of "about". It's definitely not the same question.

1) Which one is correct? "Their mind" or "Their minds"?
It depends. If you view them as one group and expect one (unified) answer from them, then "mind" is okay. Otherwise, if you expect several different answers/opinions, use "minds".

2) Can I drop the (as to) in the sentence above?
Yes, you can.

3) Could I say "They haven't made up their mind/minds about where to go?
Yes, you can.

Question 3 asks about the use of "about". It's definitely not the same question.

Sorry! That was another pre-coffee reply. 2 and 3 are both possible.
