[Grammar] These scissors?

These scissors don's cut very well.


I guess this expression is when a pair of scissors is in an situation.

How do native speakers express when there are more than a pair of scissors in the same conversation?
 
This pair of scissors doesn't cut very well // is blunt

None of these scissors will cut. They are all blunt so we shall have to have them sharpened.
 
The scissors are dull.
