[Grammar] There is only one of his novels which is/are interesting to read.

Which of the following sentences are correct?

1-There is only one of his novels which is interesting to read.
2- There is only one of his novels which are interesting to read.
3- There is only one of his novels, which is interesting to read.
4- There is only one of his novels, which are interesting to read.
 
Only #1 is grammatically correct if you mean "Only one of his novels is interesting to read".
 
Number 1 is grammatically correct but not natural. Leave out "there is" and it will be okay.
