According to the above link, the plural of "Swiss" is "Swiss."

Are the sentences below acceptable?
1. There are two Swiss in the office.
2. There are two Americans in the office.
3. There are two Chinese in the office.
 
Yes, it's acceptable if you don't mind some Swiss, Americans, and Chinese in your office.
