Don't use department there. Instead use "departmental meeting". I believe that schedule would be called fortnightly in BrE, but the term fortnight is almost unknown in AmE. We'd say "every two weeks" or "every other week" or "every second week".

Monthly means once a month and quarterly once every three months.
