There are many reasons that she was my favorite teacher of all times, but there is not enough space to share all of these.

Is "that" right to be used in the sentence? Thanks for help!

Personally, I'd use "why".

... of all time.

The 'why' in 'reasons why' is actually redundant.
Likewise 'that' could also be done away with.

Not a teacher

To clarify, tedmc is suggesting "There are many reasons she was my favourite teacher of all time". Despite the fact that I agree that both "why" and "that" could be redundant, I find that suggested sentence unnatural.

Is it natural to say 'For many reasons, she was my favorite teacher of all time'?

Not a teacher.
