I think both of them are ok
What about you?
 
Is if you're telling someone what's available. Rarely, if you're pointing at a table containing carafes of all those beverages, you might say are. It would be more natural to use the plural if you had two beverage tables, say. Then you might possibly say "Over here we have juices and pop. Over there are coffee, tea, and water."
