Hi all,

The attached is the consolidated slides of the campaigns that their concepts have been both approved by you and your manager.

I am sending an email and I think that using "their concept" in this context is not correct.

Could you kindly edit it for me
 
How about something like:

Attached are the consolidated slides of the campaigns that state that their ideas have been both approved by you and your manager.

What do you mean by concept?

I think you should move both. Write have both been approved... if you mean that there are two concepts which have been approved. Write have been approved both by... if you mean that both you and the manager have approved the concepts.
