[Grammar] Their book is on the table.

Is the following sentence correct? (several can have a book), or we only can use 'Plural possessive adjective' with plural nouns.
(Their/our/your books)
Their book is on the table.

And, How about the following?

Could I use your cellphone? sorry, I don't have mine with me
Could I use your cellphone? sorry, I don't have mine with myself.

"Their book is on the table" is possible if there is only one book on the table and it belongs to several people at the same time. If each person owns a book and all those books are on the table, then it's "Their books are on the table".

Thanks dear teacher. So it is the noun after posseissive adjective that determines whether we have to use plural or singular verb.

My book is on the table.
His book is on the table.
Their book is on the table.

The books are on the table.
My books are on the table.
Her books are on the table.
Their books are on the table.
