The usage of "have got + noun + past participle"

Hello

I want to know whether the following sentences are structurally equivalent to each other and make sense?

Have we got any biscuits left.

Have we got any biscuits which are left?

'Have we got any biscuits left?'

'Are there any biscuits left?'
