[Grammar] The tense i'm using looks weird.

I'm confused with the tense i'm using here - this "having handled". Does it sound correct? (I want to imply that he used to handle them before).

"I've been redirected to you as the only person having handled replacements of Bokeen products in Russia."

I understand you are the only person [STRIKE]having[/STRIKE] who has handled replacements of Bokeen products in Russia.
