The teacher said "Off we go then", "Let's get started","Here we go then".

The teacher said "Off we go then", "Let's get started","Here we go then". Can we use all these sentences when we want to say the teacher said " Let's start (the lesson)?

You can use all of those if you are a teacher wanting to start a lesson, though. The second one is the most natural.

The teacher said "Off we go, then", [Probably not. It usually means "We're leaving."] "Let's get started" [yes] "Here we go​, then". [yes] . . . .

The teacher might also say: "Here we go."
