The south-western economies are getting changed over the proposed Padma Bridge. Many businessmen are buying lands around/near Padma Bridge project keeping promising future in mind. Some small and medium industries have already been established beside Padma project areas. Businessmen apprehend that if Padma Bridge is built and gas connectivity is ensured, burgeoning industries will emerge around Padma project areas. Since five years ago, businessmen hurriedly stumbles to set up industries in various areas of South-western part keeping Padma project in mind. It is expected that GDP can be increased by 1.2 percentage due to setting up of industries in south-western parts focusing feasibility of proposed Padma Bridge.

I don't know what you mean by "economies are getting changed". For the second sentence, try;

Many businessmen are buying land near the Padma Bridge project, hoping to make a profit when the land goes up in value.

Padma Bridge

I have an idea for a different title for this thread.

Padma Bridge

Next try:

Some small and medium-sized businesses have already been established in the area of the Padma Bridge project.

These words are not correctly used:

-apprehend
-burgeoning industries emerge
-stumbles
--feasibility

These words are not correctly used:

-apprehend
-burgeoning industries emerge
-stumbles
--feasibility

Which words I can use instead of these?

Padma Bridge

Try:

Businessmen are hopeful that the building of the Padma Bridge will lead to increased commerce in the area.

Padma Bridge

Perhaps:

Five years ago businesses were started in the area in anticipation of the building of the Padma Bridge. People are hoping for increased prosperity.

You are biting off more than you can chew.

You used "stumbles" incorrectly. Look it up.

You can't use the last sentence (or the one before that).
