in ipa chart i d'ont find the sound u in to

but in cambride diconnary i've find that that to is "[FONT=&quot]/tu/ [/FONT],"in weaker form
Can you explain me that

I was halfway through correcting your mistakes, when I realised that you have made exactly the same mistakes that you made in another thread. I corrected them there, and asked you to take more care. If you cannot be bothered to make some effort to help yourself, I cannot be bothered to waste time on you.
