[FONT=&#48148]It's an ongoing issue - radioactivity is polluting the sea, earth and air. And it told us/it made us realize[/FONT]
[FONT=&#48148]1. that we cannot control the huge power of nature [/FONT]
[FONT=&#48148]2. that the huge power of nature is beyond our control [/FONT]
[FONT=&#48148]and we came to/were made to consider using nuclear energy very carefully. Also Korea is neighboring country of Japan, so we are directly affected by the radioactivity issue.

Are the underlined correct?[/FONT]
 
We cannot control nature.

Or:

Nature is not something we can control.

Or:

We have no control over natural forces.
 
Also, Korea is a neighboring country of Japan.
