2. The rooms are now ready to install carpets, so please arrange to start work immediately.
3. The rooms are now ready, so please arrange to start installation of the carpet immediately.

Are the above sentences grammatically correct and natural? Do they have the same meaning? Please advise.

If it is window venetian blinds, can I write it as follows.

The rooms are now ready for fixing of window blinds, so please arrange to start work immediately.
 
We don't fix or install blinds; we hang them (the same as curtains).

The rooms are now ready for the blinds to be hung [at the windows] ...
