Intellectual Man: Kappa Sigma gave you a nickname, right? The Recycler?
Lola: Chunkamunk.
Intellectual Man: Or was it Colonel Shitlips...

After Party (a PC game)

Lola and the intellectual man are talking about the nickname given to a guy who gave blood and then immediately threw up all over the floor of the auditorium .

How can I interpret “the recycler” “chunkamunk” and “Colonel Shitlips”? How are they related to the guy?

They are all in reference to his vomiting.

(I don't understand the last one.)

Saying somebody recycled his food when he vomited is an attempt at being clever.

I don't think Chunkamonk is being used in the sense of that Urban Dictionary definition.

I think it's a reference to 'blowing chunks', which is slang for vomiting.

Chunkamonk is just an attempt at alliteration or rhyme. It's not uncommon to make up nicknames that have some element of alliteration or rhyme. For example, a mean-spirited nickname for an overweight person could be 'Pudgywudgy". Another common device in creating such nicknames is to use some kind of rank or title - the idea is to suggest that they do so much of whatever action that they've been promoted, are some kind of expert, or the best at something. Hence the use of 'Colonel'.

'Captain' and 'Major' are pretty common monikers, as are 'General', or 'Lord'.

For example, if someone said something very obvious, you might sarcastically say "Thank you, Captain Obvious", as in those commercials from Hotels.com.

Could sh*t hear mean sh*tty (= dirty) because his lips are encrusted with sick?

I wouldn't want to spend much time with these comedians. They would sap the will to live.
