The parents of girls do not have any problem with them getting married to guys who are well educated and well settled in life.

Please check my sentence.

It's grammatical. Some thoughts:

- You could tighten it up a little. For instance: Parents don't mind their daughters marrying . . . .

- Some parents care about character.

- People aren't usually "well settled" until they're older. Are you sure parents want their daughters to marry older men?

How about:
Parents want their daughters to be married to guys who are well-educated and successful in life?

I am sure that is what parents hope for. It is an ideal, rather than a choice of their own making.

All parents /most/some/many?

How about "People with daughters are happy for them to marry well-educated, stable men"?
