Which of the following sentences is correct?

1. "She doesn't attend the parent meeting at school."

2. "She doesn't attend parent meetings at school."

3. "She doesn't attend parent meeting at school."

4. "She doesn't attend the parent meetings at school."
 
.2 and .4 are OK. .1 would be OK if "parent meeting" was a standard and recognized event in which case I would capitalize/hyphenate as, Parent-Meeting.
 
Aren't the teachers there too? Or is it just parents?
 
Sentence #3 is the only one that's ungrammatical. The others are possible.
 
At my school, it was called either "parents' evening" or "parent-teacher evening".

If I add "the" I am speaking about one specific meeting not a regular one. Am I right?
 
Yes,
"the meeting" = specific meeting
"the meetings" = specific meetings
