What do we say "as follow" or "as follows"? For example:

1) Please disregard my previous list of items. The new list is as follows:
A) One pen.
B) One notepad.
C) One scale.

2) The item that I'll be needing tomorrow is as follow:
A) One paper bag.

Do we always need to say "follows" in these types of sentences or does it depend on the subject being singular and plural?

We do not use that construct to refer to a single item. Your second piece needs to be rewritten entirely.

I would probably say "I will also need one paper bag".

We use only "as follows". I wouldn't use it at all in 2. That's not a list. It's one item.

The item/thing I'll be needing tomorrow is a paper bag.
What I'll need tomorrow is a paper bag.
I'll need a paper bag tomorrow.

I'm not sure what you mean by C. Are you talking about a set of scales (for weighing things)?
