The name of the hair decoration

How would you call those things circled in green? That's a kind of traditional hair bow they put in girls' hair when they start and leave school. Basically, it's flower-shaped thing, but it feels like there must be a name for it in English.

That's something lots of girls wear on special occasions not only in Russia but in many ex-Soviet republics too, and we call it бант (bahnt), which is typically translated as a 'bow'.
 
That's what I would call them - "large bows". It makes me think of some of the traditional Mexican folklore costumes.
