Can anybody explain to me the most used English tenses, please? I don't know.. maybe some tricky way to remember them, I'm trying so hard, but still… having issues! Thank you.

Are you really asking us to tell you how all the commonly used English tenses are used? I doubt anyone's going to write out that for you. Why not try a grammar book first, and post some of these specific issues you have. What problems are you having?
