'The magical cave would open with the words, “Open sesame!"'
I wrote this sentence and can't decide which preposition to use. Please guide.

It doesn't. But that expression has been around for a while. Maybe I shouldn't be so picky, but the OP claims it's an original sentence.
 
They didn't claim to have made up the words 'open sesame''.

I didn't say they did. However, the sentence itself is hardly original
