1. The item incorrectly shipped to us was collected by UPS yesterday, as nominated by the supplier.
2. The item wrongly shipped to us was collected by UPS yesterday, as nominated by the supplier.

Would you please tell me which one is grammatically correct?

They're both grammatical. They're also both longer than they need to be, and don't sound very natural.

The supplier arranged for UPS to take back the item they had sent us by mistake.

(It's generally simpler and easier to use the active voice.)

Bob: The item incorrectly shipped to us was collected by UPS.
Sally: Do you mean UPS came and picked it up?
Bob: Yes, that's what I mean.
