Are these sentences correct?
The humans indwell the Earth, on which they travel around the central orb of their solar system called the Sun once every year. The Sun is supposed to supply them with enough warmth and light to survive on their rocky planet for millions of years to come.

In what context do you want to use these sentences?

In an email.

It's supposed to? Does that mean it doesn't?

I had to look up "indwell" and was surprised to find it exists. I wouldn't use it.

You can more than likely delete the first word.

:-D

In an email.
That's not context. We need to know more.

Is it, for example, your preliminary report back to your galactic masters after your initial surveillance of our planet?

Do you want people to understand you, or would you rather puzzle them? If the former, why dredge up an obscurity like indwell?
