[Grammar] the funniest in your family

1) Who's the funniest in your family?
2) Who's the funniest member of your family?
3) Who's the funniest member in your family?

Are the three sentences above grammatically right? Which is the most common of the three, in everyday English?

I would say (1) is most common. "Member" is understood.

Who is the funniest member in your family? 7
Who is the funniest person in your family? 25,500

1 and 2 are correct. 3 is wrong. My guess is that number 2 is more common than 1, but that's only a guess.
