The equipment is neither accurate nor safe.

I came across this sentence on the Longman website, and it is exemplifying neither... nor...

It occurred to me that I don't know how one should say this in the future form.

The equipment will be neither accurate nor safe.

The equipment will neither be accurate nor safe.


I searched on Reverso, Ludwig etc. and found examples of both constructions. Any help?
 
Use the first version. The neither and nor words should go directly before what they're operating on.
