I write a sentence: I am sorry for the delay in responding.

I know I can use " the delay in responding", but can I say "my delay in response" or "the delay in my response"?

Please help, thanks.

"the delay in my response" - yes.

"my delay in response" - no.

I apologise for the delay in responding.
I am sorry for the delay in my response.
I apologise for not having responded sooner.
I am sorry for not responding sooner.
