It's not necessary to repeat "own"; why would you think it is?

What are the three items in the bold part?

Could the bold part be expanded to "1. your own thoughts 2. your own feelings 3. reasons for behaving in a particular way?
I wonder if the third item in the list is "your own reasons for behaving in a particular way" or "reasons for behaving in a particular way".

Is the third item "your reasons for behaving in a particular way" or is it "your own reasons for behaving in a particular way"?
Is "own" included in the third item?

The same thing has been said three times now. @GoldfishLord You can stop beating that poor animal. It's dead already.
