The bed has been made. what is it means?

when i saw this sentence that it is means bed produced in factory.

but exercise problem answer said it's bed has been cleaned.

i can't find anything before&after sentence of it.

The bed has been made isn't to be mean of produced but only clean?
 
When I saw this sentence I thought that it [STRIKE]is means [/STRIKE] meant a bed produced in factory.

but my exercise [STRIKE]problem [/STRIKE]answer said it's that the bed has been cleaned.

The standard use/understanding of "The bed has been made" is not that the bed has been produced or cleaned, rather it means that the bed has been prepared or arranged with sheets, blankets etc. in proper order.
