Pitch Perfect 2
The Barden Bellas enters an international competition that no American group has ever won.

The collegiate a cappella group called the Barden Bellas enter into an international competition, but they are told it will be impossible to win because they are from the U.S. The girls refuse to give up and vow to be the first Americans to take home the top prize.

I am a little confused about the "enters" do I supposed to put "s" or it should be enter? The Barden Bellas is the group name and representing only one group. Please advise, thanks.

Teechar, why there is no "s" in enter? The Barden Bellas in only one group. Please define, thanks!

We're not talking about the group as a single entity here. We're talking about a few individuals (who belong to the group) instead. The focus is on the (plural) members, not the (singular) group.
