Bad Hat Harry is a production company.

It gets it's name from a scene in the movie Jaws in which one character tells another character, Harry, "That's some bad hat, Harry.", referring to his tight swimming cap.

I presume it's just colloquial speech - he means 'That's an ugly swimming cap, Harry'.
