I had a talk with some friends tonight. We talked about how we celebrated our Chinese New year. They asked when I went to bed and got up. I said “I slept at 11 and got up at 7.” They were a bit surprised because they thought I should use the opportunity to sleep in. I said no and I added:

That’s my regular pattern.

Is this sentence natural?

I used to get up at 7 and sleep at 11. I won’t change that. It’s my regular pattern.

That means this is what you did in the past and do no loger. You need to say I am used to getting up at 7 and going to sleep/bed. at 11. .
