Thank you for your proposal of replacing the lightings and their accessories at our clubhouse.

Subsequent to a joint site visit between your contractor and our Mr. Davies on 6 July 2016, we are increasingly familiar with your innovative proposal and indeed we are now weighting up the feasibility of your proposal, especially the possible effect of the replacement of lightings on the nearby residents. To facilitate our assessment on your proposal, please provide us with the following further information:

1) Whether or not the current lightings and their accessories have reached the finale of their life span is the reason for your suggestion on replacing them.

2) Will the current lightings and their accessories be upgraded and turn to be more environmentally friendly (e.g. extensively adoption of electricity-saving light bulbs) after the replacement work.

3) Are there any newly-introduced lighting and electronic requirements that you have to comply with prompt you to replace our lightings and their accessories.

4) Which party will bear the full cost of the captioned replacement work, your department or our office.
