I wonder if the following ones are both good.

a) Thank you for your consideration.
b) Thank you for being considerate.


And do they mean the same?
 
Yes and no.

(a) is about thanking someone for having given their thoughts/time to deal with a subject for the writer.
(b) is about thanking someone for being thoughtful about the well-being/convenience/feelings of the writer.
 
I say just no.
 
Use the first in almost all correspondence.
