Interview between a boss and a new teacher:

Boss: Why did you choose this line of work?

Teacher: "Teaching is fun, and there are plenty of opportunities to be creative in conveying information to young people. I’ve always been a strong communicator and a people person. I wanted to become a teacher to be able to make a positive difference on the future of children. For me, it is great/fulfilling challenge: stimulating the next generation to become lifelong learners. I feel I should contribute what I have learnt and experienced over the years. I have always loved to give young people the best start in life. Interacting with kids is great."

Hi,
Is the teacher's answer natural to you?

No, I just copied it from one of the websites that teach how to answer interview questions.

conveying information to young people

I don't like this much because it suggests that pumping students full of information is all that teaching involves.

In future, please tell us the source of your quotes in post #1.
