Teaching English abroad for non native speakers.

Hello everyone!

I am trying to find a job abroad as an English teacher.
My main problem is that mostly they look for native English teachers even
without proper educational background.

I am licensed English teacher but I am from Poland (!).

Do you know any English teaching offers for TEFL ( not citiziens of UK, USA, New Zeland, South Africa...)

It is an issue- I have known many non-native teachers over the years, but the preference in most places is for native speakers. Which part of the world are you looking to work in?
