Which one is correct?

I'd like to take great pleasure in..
2. It is (a great pleasure for me/ my great pleasure) to introduce this speaker

Thanks!

2) both examples are OK

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

Hello, Mektok:

1. As JMurray told us, the idiomatic sentence (the way native speakers use the language) is:

I take great pleasure in ....

2. I did some googling and was reminded that if you wish to be more "concrete and specific," you could

say:

I take a great deal of pleasure in ....

I think that this shows more enthusiasm and involvement.

HAVE A NICE DAY!
