I'm writing a paper and have a quick grammar question.

The sentence as it is now says, "...Bob suggests that Kim should write a paper..."

Though, I'm starting to think it should read, "...Bob suggests that Kim write a paper..."

Which one of these (if either) is correct?

Both are correct, that's for sure. Maybe there is a slight difference in meaning?

Hi,
Both are correct forms. "should" is used mostly in British English.

Ex: "They demanded that we (should) sign the contract."
