IS OKAY TO SAY THOSE SENTENCES BELOW:

Your Quiz happened suddenly.
or your Quiz should be sudden.

They're both grammatical, but they're not natural. Also, quizzes don't normally happen suddenly, or even 'happen' at all.

I agree with Raymott. You could say "Your quiz was a surprise" or "the quiz came without warning".
 
I think the term I want is "pop quiz" that is a quiz that a teacher gives to a class by surprise, without telling them about it first. Thanks Mike and Raymott for you answer :up:

Yes, "pop quiz" is used in AmE.
