Hello!

Here are two examples of sentences:

1. Such attitude will help me grow as a person.
2. Such an attitude will help me grow as a person.

Is the article needed after 'such'? Is there any specific grammar rule for using article after 'such', which I can refer to?

"Attitude" is a countable noun, so you need the article "an".

The only grammar rule is that after such, you must use a noun phrase.

Sentence 1 uses an uncountable noun phrase and sentence 2 uses a countable noun phrase, so both sentences are grammatical.

The difference here is the meaning. What you mean is that expressed by sentence 2.
