[FONT=&#48148]But I needed some document/certificate to prove that my business trip was so urgent. As all the documents of my company was computerized and secured, I had no way to prepare (such a/such) (document/certificate.)

As all the documents of my country are computerized and secure, I had no way to produce such a document.
 
You probably mean you could not produce the documents which are stored online to prove that the business trip was urgent since they are secure and do not allow a hard copy to be printed.
I suppose you could capture screenshots of the documents and show them to the authority.
